ABDİ İBRAHİM İLAÇ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PREPARED RELATED TO REPORTING ADVERSE EVENTS

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law"), your personal data may be processed by Abdi İbrahim İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Abdi İbrahim" or the "Company") in the capacity of data controller to the extent specified below:   

a) The Purpose of Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data collected may be processed by the Company in accordance with the conditions for the processing of personal data set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the following purposes:

· adverse event management in line with the superior purpose of ensuring legal, technical and commercial business safety of our Company and the people who are in a business relationship with our Company; and

· performance of necessary activities by our relevant business units for the Company's conduct of its commercial activities, and carrying out the associated business procedures in this regard

(the "Purposes").

b) To Whom and for Which Purposes the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data collected may be transferred by the Company to our business partners, public agencies authorized by law and natural persons or entities and third parties authorized by law in accordance with the conditions and purposes for the processing of personal data set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law with a view to fulfilling the Purposes.

c) Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are collected and processed by the Company in electronic environment in accordance with the conditions for the processing of personal data set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the basis of your explicit consent in order to ensure adverse event management and fulfill our obligations related to the reporting of such events.

ç) Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the Law

We hereby declare that as personal data subject, you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

· Learning whether your personal data are processed;

· If personal data are processed, requesting information on such processing;

· Learning the processing purpose of the personal data and whether such collected data are used for the intended purpose;

· Learning the identity of third parties to whom personal data are transferred in or out of the country;

· Requesting correction of any personal data which is processed incompletely or inaccurately, and requesting this correction to be communicated to third parties to whom personal data was transferred;

· In the event the reasons for processing personal data cease to exist, although such data had been processed in compliance with the Law and other applicable legal provisions, requesting your personal data to be deleted or disposed of, and requesting that third parties to whom personal data was transferred are informed of this operation as well as of correction of any personal data which is processed incompletely or inaccurately;

· Filing an objection against an outcome which is against your interest, as a result of analysis of the processed data exclusively with automated systems, and

· Claiming compensation of any damages suffered as a result of unlawful processing of the personal data.

You can communicate your applications for your aforementioned rights by means of completing the Data Subject Application Form of Abdi İbrahim İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi available at the address of https://www.abdiibrahim.com.tr/en/protection-of-personal-data. Your requests shall be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest depending on the nature of your request and free of charge; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be requested to pay a charge according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
